Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timelines
We currently ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines from dispatch:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities/towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote/rural areas: 7–10 business days
These are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on prepaid orders above ₹[amount — PLACEHOLDER]. Orders below this amount, and all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, are subject to a flat shipping fee of ₹[amount — PLACEHOLDER], shown at checkout before payment.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on select pin codes, subject to a nominal COD handling fee. COD availability and applicable fees will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order from the My Account section.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship only within India. International shipping is not currently available.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number, and we will investigate with our courier partner.
